They do not clearly define limitations, which if told are placed in obscure way in their Terms And Conditions. Terms Of Service of shared hosting are not read and you are suddenly one day slapped by the message upgrade to VPS (which is very expensive). Your website has high CPU usage.
HIGH CPU USAGE CAN LEAD TO YOUR ACCOUNT BEING SUSPENDED.
It means you will no longer see your website on the internet even if you have paid all money in advance for several years ahead.
The website URL simply shows to everybody a disgusting shameful dreaded message:
"ACCOUNT SUSPENDED.
This account has been suspended."
IF YOU THINK YOU DON'T HAVE HIGH TRAFFIC (less than 1000 visitors per day),
YOU DON'T HAVE HUGE AUDIO VIDEO multimedia FILES,
YOU HAVE ONLY FEW ESSENTIAL PLUGINS
YOU DO HAVE CACHE PLUGIN
YET YOUR ACCOUNT CAN BE SUSPENDED.
Reason could be: Old server with too many web sites and the web host wanting you to pay HUGE FEE for VPS.
DO YOU READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ASK SPECIFIC QUESTIONS TO SUPPORT TEAM OF WEB HOST.
Even if you do you will see that
"unlimited" resources is nothing but an advertising trick, in which all the important information that the client needs to know is hidden from him or is revealed in a specific way so you couldn't notice that apart of the story is missing at the beginning.
